Side-Tensioned Punched Screens
Although molded tapered holes offer the most effective screening solution, many applications can use a more economical punched rubber screen. The punching technology we use reduces the hourglass effect that is typical in most punched screens. We punch a wear-resistant rubber mat which is molded with dimensionally stable tire cord reinforcement that acts as the tensioning member and has less elongation than the common fabric-backed screens.
