Molder to the Rubber Industry

No one can better understand what we mean when we say Big, Black and Ugly than those in the rubber molding industry. We discretely serve as an extension to many rubber molding companies’ capabilities including direct competitors.

Our largest press has a platen that is 7 feet X 20 feet and has more than 4,000 tons of pressure producing parts that have a couple hundred square feet of surface area and weighing thousands of pounds.

Injection Molding – Two of our injection presses have been described as being “possibly the largest Fi-Fo injection rubber presses ever built.” With 880 tons of pressure and a 65 pound shot capacity they are certainly unique in the industry.

Customization – Often it is cost prohibitive to build a machined mold for just a few parts. We can take a creative approach to manufacturing that will reduce or eliminate the need for expensive molds in many situations. It is common for us to make 1 or 2 parts to fill a customer’s need. Customization is Key.

Capabilities – As you would expect, we have a lot of equipment including multiple mills, extruders, presses, cutters, steel blasters, paint booths and more. What you may not expect is we provide steel cutting, welding, fabrication, forming, rolling, protective painting and more.
